I'd recommend getting rid of the Support section. Not that I think we don't need support, but I feel like we'd just post on the appropriate age-related group. Just a thought.
For parents who click the tongs to make sure they work, after tieing something down, give it a good yank and say, "that's not going anywhere", or respond "Hi _____, I'm Dad".
