Hot days

Any ideas for kids on hot days? Not like 95F hot, but 105F+ hot. We have a small pool that heats to about 90F when it's that hot out but it helps a little. That's maybe 1-2 hours of play time for the kids then it's pretty much right back in the house.

Either that or a splash pad at a park.

At 5 and 7, I just have a really hard time occupying them inside the house.

In kids opinions, it's Hard to beat the splash pad at the park, but it's hard to do that if you need to get things done at home as well. If you have a yard, then you can set them up in a shady spot with some Lego or other toys (try a canopy if you need to create shade). Gives them an option outside that doesn't have the sun beating down on them constantly.
